Dr. David Deeke returned to the Animal Medical Center in the summer of 2012. You might remember him from being a kennel and veterinary assistant while he was in high school and college. Dr. Dave graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. He then worked at a small animal hospital in Springfield, Illinois. His primary professional interests are canine and feline preventative medicine, dermatology (skin disease), ophthalmology (eye disease) and dentistry.
Outside of working at the Animal Medical Center on your furry friends, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah. They enjoy traveling (been to Hawaii and Jamaica since their wedding) and are currently planning a trip to Germany for Oktoberfest 2015. They have two pets MacGyver (cat) and Zeus (Doberman). Dr. Dave is an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle and a graduate of Lake Park High School. He is an avid fan of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox, and enjoys playing golf and volleyball.
